Too often people get very emotional about a break up, and rightly so. Dating involves opening yourself and letting someone see the real you. When you get rejected after doing this, it can really hurt.

Sometimes a break up is a relief. When you know for certain that the person you are seeing is not the one, saying goodbye isn’t nearly as difficult. But what if your partner has really hurt you? Brought negativity into your life? Cheated on you? Breaking up in a positive way is very difficult in those situations.

Singles owe it to themselves to break up in the most positive manner possible. They need to do this for their own peace of mind. Ending things as positively as you can allows you to move on faster and more completely.
